Energy. Contrast. Endless discovery.
Singapore is a city that never stands still. High-energy and cosmopolitan, yet rich in Asian character. Tradition meets modernity, cultures blend, and contrasts come together in unexpected ways.
It’s this unmistakable Singaporean mix that inspired Ran and Hannah. Two very different cocktails, both capturing the spirit of the city in their own way.
THE DELICATE SIDE
Ran brings together osmanthus, Riesling verjus and Formosa oolong tea, with a touch of absinthe. Fully carbonated and served long, his creation is light, floral and refreshing — a delicate expression of Singapore.
AFTER DARK
Hannah takes Singapore somewhere warmer. Osmanthus red vermouth, black sesame, bourbon, dry vermouth and mango vinegar come together in a richer, more layered cocktail — inspired by the heat, energy and atmosphere of Singapore after dark.
Wild spirit. Native flavour. Endless adventure.
Australia is a destination of contrasts — from vibrant cities to vast landscapes, and from bold native ingredients to bright, refreshing flavours.
Ran and Hannah each tap into that distinctive Australian character, but take it in very different directions.
NATIVE & AROMATIC
Ran puts wattle seed and lemon myrtle at the heart of his cocktail, combining them with rye and fresh lemon. The result is bold, aromatic and distinctly Australian, with bright citrus cutting through the richness.
TROPICAL & FRESH
Hannah takes a more playful route, pairing anise seed rum with banana and lime, adding cucumber bitters and finishing with ginger beer. Fresh, fruity and vibrant, her cocktail brings a different side of Australia to life.
Ancient character. Unexpected flavour.
Cambodia brings together layers of history, culture and flavour — a destination where aromatic herbs, spices and fresh citrus create an unmistakable sense of place.
Ran and Hannah each capture that complexity through very different combinations.
PEPPER & LEMONGRASS
Ran puts Kampot pepper centre stage, pairing its distinctive spice with fragrant lemongrass, Cointreau and a touch of absinthe. Aromatic, citrusy and with a subtle kick.
FRUIT & AROMATICS
Hannah takes a more layered approach, combining genever, apricot, mint and lime, with palo santo and bitters adding aromatic depth. A complex cocktail with a distinctly unexpected character.
A world of colour, spice and aroma.
Indonesia is a destination of incredible diversity, with fragrant botanicals, warming spices and vibrant flavours creating endless inspiration.
For this destination, Ran and Hannah both take a different approach — and both creations are completely alcohol-free.
FLORAL & BOTANICAL
Ran combines jasmine and galangal with 0.0% spirit. Fragrant and gently spiced, his creation is a fresh, aromatic expression of Indonesia.
SPICE & CITRUS
Hannah brings together turmeric and dried chilli with lemon, topped with blood orange ginger beer. Bright, warming and refreshing, her creation balances spice with vibrant citrus.
A meeting of flavours.
Malaysia is a destination where different flavours and influences come together — from tropical fruit and flowers to tea, spice and rich sweetness.
Ran and Hannah each explore that sense of contrast in their own way.
BRIGHT & TROPICAL
Ran combines gula melaka with hibiscus and kaffir lime, creating a vibrant cocktail that balances rich sweetness with bright, refreshing acidity.
SOFT & AROMATIC
Hannah takes a more delicate direction, pairing cassis and black tea with rose water and almond milk. Smooth, floral and layered, her creation offers a softer interpretation of Malaysia.
Pure. Fresh. Naturally distinctive.
New Zealand is a destination shaped by its extraordinary natural character — and by produce that feels just as distinctive.
Ran and Hannah each bring that sense of place into the glass, but with very different results.
FRESH & CRISP
Ran starts with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, pairing it with kiwi fruit cordial and honey vinegar, then finishing with chilled mint oil. Crisp, fresh and elegant, it captures the lighter side of the destination.
WARM & SPICED
Hannah takes New Zealand somewhere richer. The Dalmore 12, Noilly Prat and Pineau des Charentes meet cinnamon, clove and black pepper in a warm, complex interpretation.
Tropical energy. Bold flavour.
Thailand is a destination full of contrasts — bright citrus, tropical fruit, aromatic spices and rich, creamy flavours coming together in unexpected ways.
Ran and Hannah each capture that vibrant character through their own lens.
SPICE & TROPICAL
Ran combines Thai pepper with whisky, lime, coconut and mango. Milk-washed for a smooth, rounded texture, his creation balances heat, sweetness and acidity.
COCONUT & AROMATICS
Hannah takes a more fragrant route, combining coconut with lime-leaf black tea, ginger, and orgeat. Tropical, aromatic and silky, her cocktail brings another side of Thailand to life.
Rich flavours. Fresh contrasts.
Vietnam is a destination where rich and delicate flavours meet — from deep coffee to fragrant botanicals and bright tropical fruit.
Ran and Hannah each take those contrasts in a different direction.
COFEE & LOTUS
Ran combines whisky with anaerobic coffee distillate and PX coffee liqueur, complemented by Vietnamese lotus distillate. Rich, deep and aromatic, his cocktail puts coffee at the heart of the experience.
BASIL & LYCHEE
Hannah creates a brighter interpretation, bringing together cognac, basil and lychee, balanced with lemon and mirin. Fresh, fragrant and expressive, it offers a completely different taste of Vietnam.
