Sales Manager Western India – Based at Mumbai
Job Description:
You will be responsible for planning and managing the territory’s sales and marketing activities in order to achieve sales targets and related KPIs.
Your principal accountabilities and responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring Sales Targets are achieved
- Developing and executing the Sales and Marketing plan for WI
- Managing travel agencies and corporate accounts, including incentive schemes.
- Managing appropriate pricing levels to maintain a balance between yields and loads.
- Develop offline markets in preparation for online operations
2. Growing online sales and KrisFlyer FFP
- Planning and execution of initiatives to grow online sales on a sustained basis
- Planning and execution of initiatives to grow the FFP base and ensure proper servicing to priority passengers.
Requirements:
Applicants must have resident status in India; a degree from a recognized university; mimimum of 5 years experience in a related sales & marketing role; strong IT sills covering MS Office and automated Sales Systems; good analytical, planning, communication and presentation skills; must be driven and focused on results; excellent people skills.
