We will continually add features to our new mobile website and Apps, so you can look forward to a wider range of functionalities with each release.
Features include:
- make and retrieve bookings
- check in multiple passengers within the same booking
- save Mobile Boarding Pass onto your smartphone (for supported flights*)
- track status of selected flights
- access directory of our offices worldwide
- check flight schedules
- amend your bookings
- access your KrisFlyer statements and extend expiring miles
- make redemption bookings
In subsequent releases, you will be able to:

*Mobile Boarding Pass is currently available for flights departing from Singapore, Amsterdam, Auckland, Bangkok, Barcelona, Christchurch, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, Manchester, Milan, Munich, Rome, Taipei and Zurich (excluding US-bound flights).

- For selected flights, you can issue and save your Mobile Boarding Pass onto your smartphone – available only on our new mobile website and Second Generation Apps.
- Select your seats after completing the mobile check-in.
Flight status
- Check status of Singapore Airlines’ flights on your smartphone.
- Save searched flights on your smartphone for easy retrieval – available only on our Second Generation Apps.
Flight schedule
- Check Singapore Airlines' flight schedule on your smartphone.
Make a booking
- Book Singapore Airlines flights for yourself or with your family and friends, anytime and anywhere using your smartphone.
- Select your seats after completing the booking.
Manage my bookings
- Retrieve your booking to see the status of your flights or any flight schedule change affecting your flights.
KrisFlyer services
- Log in with your registered KrisFlyer membership number and enjoy the following services on your smartphone:
a) View your KrisFlyer statements
b) View KrisFlyer miles, redeemed and expired, as well as status of your retroactive mileage claims
c) Extend expiring miles (payment by miles only)
d) Change your KrisFlyer account PIN
e) Make redemption bookings
