How do I alter a Singapore Stopover Holiday Booking?.

Should you decide to change your travel plans, please amend your online bookings or advise your nearest SIA or SLK office at least 72 working hours prior to your hotel check-in date. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the availability of your accommodation and transfers.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
For cancellations within 48 working hours of hotel check-in date and "no shows", a fee equivalent to first night's stay is chargeable.
A fee equivalent to first night's stay at Singapore Stopover Holiday (Hotel + Transfers) or (Hotel + Transfers + Attractions) rate is chargeable for cancellations of Singapore Stopover bookings within 48 working hours prior to hotel check-in date and     'no show'.

REFUNDS
There is no refund for unused or partially used items in the Singapore Stopover Holiday (Hotel + Transfers) or (Hotel + Transfers + Attractions) package. All inclusive and free benefits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of claims if not utilised. However, for cancellations with valid reasons, refunds are allowed if services are not utilised at all. Refunds must be applied for within three months of cancellation and the original document must be presented when applying for refund.
