Using SingaporeAir Mobile services
To start using SingaporeAir Mobile services on your mobile phone, please follow the steps below:
For the iPhone, you can download the SingaporeAir Mobile iPhone Launcher App straight from the Apple App Store by clicking here.
For Android phones, you can download teh SingaporeAir Mobile Android Launcher App straight from the Android Market by clicking here.
- Download the SingaporeAir Mobile software onto your Java-enabled mobile phone by typing m.singaporeair.com into mobile web browser* or access SingaporeAir Mobile directly through the Internet.
- Once launched, go through the SingaporeAir Mobile menu to select your desired service.
- Use your registered KrisFlyer membership number to login or continue as a guest to enjoy SingaporeAir Mobile services.
* Prevailing GPRS data charges apply and as data charges vary across service providers and service plans, customers are advised to check the details with their own service providers. Estimated data size of the SingaporeAir Mobile software is 200KB
Downloading the SingaporeAir Mobile software (Java-enabled phones)
The images below serve to illustrate what you will see on your mobile phone during the downloading process:
Step 1: Type m.singaporeair.com on your mobile web browser and follow the instructions stated on the screen.
Step 2: Please read the SingaporeAir Mobile Terms and Conditions agreement. You will need to select 'Yes' to proceed.
Step 3: Select “Click Here” to download the application onto your mobile phone.

Accessing SingaporeAir Mobile
You can start using the available mobile services once the SingaporeAir Mobile download is complete.
Check-in services for KrisFlyer members
The following images illustrate the mobile check-in process for KrisFlyer members:
Step 1: Select 'Check-in services'
Step 2: Select User type
Step 3: Enter your KrisFlyer number and PIN
Step 4: Select the flights that you wish to check in for
Step 5: Check-in confirmed
Step 6: Should you wish to change your seats, select 'Change Seats' from the 'Options' menu
Step 7: Select your desired seat from the seat map by using the cursor buttons on your phone, then press 'Next'
Step 8: Your new seat is confirmed
Step 9: The 2D barcode for your check-in is displayed (for selected flights only)
Check-in services for non-KrisFlyer members
The following images illustrate the mobile check-in process for KrisFlyer members:
Step 1: Select 'Check-in services'
Step 2: Select User type
Step 3: Enter your booking reference (PNR) and your name
Step 4: Select the flights that you wish to check in for
Step 5: Check-in confirmed
Step 6: Should you wish to change your seats, select 'Change Seats' from the 'Options' menu
Step 7: Select your desired seat from the seat map by using the cursor buttons on your phone, then press 'Next'
Step 8: Your new seat is confirmed
Step 9: The 2D barcode for your check-in is displayed (for selected flights only)
