Ensuring the miles are credited into your Account
- Quote your KrisFlyer Membership Number at the time of reservation
- Present your KrisFlyer Membership Card when collecting your rental car
- Miles will be credited into your KrisFlyer account approximately six to eight weeks after your transaction. Please login to check your KrisFlyer statements online
- If your KrisFlyer Membership Number is not included on your reservation or rental, you may request retroactive credit to be processed on past rentals. Please click here to submit a Retroactive Credit Request.
Please note: Miles are awarded for qualifying self-drive rentals at participating locations. Miles may only be accumulated on one frequent flyer program per rental. Miles cannot be earned on Tour/ Prepaid, Staff or Travel Industry rates.
