Upgrading of Check-in Systems at Singapore Changi Airport

 
 

Check-in system upgrade in progress at Terminal 2 & Terminal 3

Singapore Airlines and SilkAir will be upgrading our check-in systems in Singapore Changi Airport from 08 to 10 May 2013 (GMT +8).

Due to the system upgrade, check-in time at the airport may take longer than usual and we recommend that customers use our Internet and Mobile check-in facility.

Customers who are planning to check in at the airport during this period are advised to do so at least two hours before flight departure.

Changi Airport Terminal 3 Row 2

Check-in for Economy Class customers who will be travelling on Singapore Airlines for all flights from Singapore to Australia  and New Zealand  from 3 April to 10 May 2013 (GMT +8) will be handled at Changi Airport Terminal 3 Row 2.

This temporary move is due to a transition to a new check-in system. A baggage drop counter will be available at Row 2 for customers who have already checked in through the Internet.

Check-in services for our Suites and First Class customers remain available at the Premium Check-in Lounge facility.

For Business Class, PPS Club members, as well as KrisFlyer Elite Gold members, check-in services will continue at Terminal 3 Row 6 and 7 respectively.
