The original itinerary must have been purchased through singaporeair.com, originate in New York (Newark or JFK), Los Angeles, Houston or San Francisco, for travel on Singapore Airlines. Additionally, the claim must be submitted by midnight Pacific Time on the same day that the ticket was purchased on singaporeair.com. To submit a claim for the Best Fare Guarantee, please following the steps below:
1. Ensure that the lower fare from Los Angeles, Newark, New York (JFK), San Francisco or Houston is at least $1 less than the airfare purchased on singaporeair.com and is for the exact same flight, itinerary, cabin and booking class. See the Terms & Conditions below for more details.
2. Submit your online claim form by clicking here. This claim form must be submitted by midnight Pacific Time on the same day that the ticket was purchased on singaporeair.com.
3. Ensure that you send the complete web address (URL) and printouts / screenshots of the Itinerary Confirmation / Flight Summary page of the website where you found the lower fare, as well as the Fare Rules and Restrictions page for the corresponding fare. These pages should appear just prior to the Purchase Confirmation page; however, no purchase of the lower fare is necessary. Please retain this information to support your cliam.

Offer: The singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee applies to customers who make a qualifying airfare purchase on Singapore Airlines using the singaporeair.com website. If, after purchasing a ticket on singaporeair.com, a lower airfare (lower by $1 or more) is found on another U.S./Canada point-of-sale travel web site for the exact same Singapore Airlines round-trip flight(s), itinerary, date(s), class of service, fare rules and restrictions, and if all of the additional requirements and conditions set forth below are satisfied, Singapore Airlines will match the airfare and issue 5,000 KrisFlyer frequent flyer miles. The miles will be classified as bonus miles and will not apply toward elite status qualification. Claimant is the only passenger eligible to receive bonus KrisFlyer Miles and must provide a valid KrisFlyer number at time of the claim.
Requirements: For a claim to be valid under the singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee, it must satisfy all of the above terms and conditions and be submitted in compliance with the claim processing procedure, as set out herein. The singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a qualifying airfare purchase through the singaporeair.com web site on our after June 5, 2007. The guarantee is valid for lower fares found online for the identical Singapore Airlines flight(s), round-trip itinerary, date(s) and class of service with the same fare rules and restrictions and must have been available for purchase on the same day as the original singaporeair.com online purchase was made. The singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee applies to U.S. points-of-sale with travel originating in Los Angeles, Newark, New York (JFK), San Francisco or Houston for tickets purchased at singaporeair.com. The guarantee applies to tickets purchased using a valid credit card with a United States billing address and on itineraries wholly operated by Singapore Airlines and does not include codeshare flights. The claim must be submitted by midnight Pacific Time of the same day you purchased your ticket on singaporeair.com. Singapore Airlines must be able to verify the lower online published fare at the time of claim review and that the lower fare did not exist on singaporeair.com. The confirmed airfare you purchased on Singaporeair.com will be compared to the available airfare quoted on the other site, which must be an ARC-accredited U.S. distributor of Singapore Airlines air products. Fares must be compared with like fare restrictions, so for example, if an unrestricted airfare is purchased on singaporeair.com, it will not qualify for the singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee if compared to a restricted airfare found on another web site. The singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee does not apply to lower airfares that are/were also available on singaporeair.com or to refundable tickets that you choose to refund.
Claim Form Processing: To submit a claim, fill in all information on our online claim form by clicking here. Following submission of a claim, the singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee Team will contact you via email within 72 hours. If we are unable to replicate the lower airfare, we may request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower online airfare. Any such additional information must be submitted promptly. Please keep copies of all such documentation. Singapore Airlines reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be reasonably verified, which are due to 3rd party fare pricing errors, or for which you have provided incomplete information. Claims may be submitted only via this webpage at Singaporeair.com and not through any other e-mail address or Singapore Airlines phone or facsimile number. Fare difference refunds and Krisflyer bonus miles will be credited to claimant's accounts within 6 weeks of the Best Fare Guarantee claim being verified by Singapore Airlines as valid.
Exceptions: The Best Fare Guarantee does not apply to unpublished fares. Unpublished fares are fares not available to the general public and include, but are not limited to, wholesaler or consolidator fares, corporate, military, government, contract, or other discounted fares. The Best Fare Guarantee does not apply to vacation package fares, including but not limited to airfares sold as part of a travel package, nor does it apply to airfares where the carrier or itinerary details are unknown until after purchase. The Best Fare Guarantee does not apply to airfares on another web site that have been reduced as a result of promotional discounts, such as "dollars off" coupons, loyalty program discounts or fly "free" offers nor does it apply to differences of less than $1. The Best Fare Guarantee does not apply in circumstances where the "lower" fare is the result of a pricing error made by a party other than Singapore Airlines.
Other conditions: Void where prohibited by law. Singapore Airlines reserves the right to modify or cancel the singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee Terms and Conditions to the singaporeair.com web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee and the singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the singaporeair.com web site. If the singaporeair.com Best Fare Guarantee is canceled for any reason, KrisFlyer miles issued as a result of a claim will continue to be valid until their expiration date.
