How to make a Singapore Airlines booking with a JetSuite connection

 

Booking a connection with JetSuite is easy.   Simply follow the steps below:

  • Purchase your ticket on Singapore Airlines to or from Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), New York (JFK), Newark (EWR) or Houston (IAH).  Make note of your confirmation numbers (your booking reference number and ticket number) as you will need to provide this information to JetSuite.
  • Call JetSuite using the phone number dedicated to Singapore Airlines customers: (877) 855-4326.  Advise them that you are a Singapore Airlines customer and provide them with your PNR and ticket number for verification.  The JetSuite reservations agent will then assist you to book a  private jet connection flight between your desired city and your Singapore Airlines gateway city.
  • All payments for the private jet connection will be made directly to JetSuite.  These costs will be in addition to your Singapore Airlines ticket.  However, JetSuite offers Singapore Airlines travelers a special rate this is not available to the public.
  • Passengers traveling in Suites or First Class who purchased their tickets in the U.S. are eligible for a $500 per passenger discount on their JetSuite connecting flight ($1,000 for round trip connections) in addition to the discounted JetSuite rates available to all Singapore Airlines passengers.
  • In addition, JetSuite will arrange a private car transfer between the Singapore Airlines terminal and the private jet terminal used by JetSuite.
