Forgotten Your PIN ?
You will need to have your PIN reset.

To reset your PIN, you will need to provide :

  • Your KrisFlyer membership number
  • Your date of birth
  • Your answer to the security question you selected previously

If you do not have a PIN or have forgotten the answer to your chosen security question, you can to get a new PIN here.

To create a new PIN, you will need to provide :

  • Your KrisFlyer membership number
  • Your date of birth
  • Your valid email address that is registered with your KrisFlyer account 

Your new PIN will be sent to the email address registered with your KrisFlyer account.
