Auto Check-In Machine

 

This mode of check-in is available to all passengers with confirmed bookings on Singapore Airlines. To use this service, passengers should have on hand their:
  • E-Ticket receipt
  • Machine-readable passport
  • Credit card used to purchase the ticket  (only standard size credit cards are accepted currently. Credit cards similar to a "Mini Card" that have an irregular size or cards with round edges are not accepted.)

Passengers will be able to check-in for the flight, select seats and print their boarding pass using the machines.





How to find the Auto Check-in Machines?
The machines are situated at:
  • Row 5 (Business Class) and Row 9 (Economy Class) of Changi Airport Terminal 2
  • Row 6 (Business Class) and Row 4 (Economy Class) of Changi Airport Terminal 3

Row 9 in Terminal 2 and Row 4 in Terminal 3 are also dedicated self-service counter rows with baggage drop-off and document check counters.
