First Class Check-In
At Singapore Changi Airport Terminals 2 and 3, First-Class passengers and Solitaire PPS Club members with confirmed bookings on Singapore Airlines operated flights may proceed to check in at the First Class Check-In Reception. Our Premium Services Officer will handle your check-in while you sit back and enjoy the comfort of the lounge. A private entrance from the lounge leads you directly to Immigration, after which you can proceed to the SilverKris Lounge or to your boarding gate. This service is available daily from 5.30 am to 1.45 am (the following morning) at Terminal 2 and 5.30 am to 12.45 am (the following morning) at Terminal 3.

Counter Check-In
For Singapore Changi Airport, customers holding confirmed flight reservations on Singapore Airlines may check in up to 48 hours before flight departure with their baggage.
  • Terminal 2: First Class and Business Class passengers may check in at counters at Row 4 while Economy Class passengers may check in at counters at Row 8.
  • Terminal 3: First Class and Business Class passengers may check in at counters at Row 6 while Economy Class passengers may check in at counters at Rows 3 and 4.
This service is available daily from 6.30 am to 12.00 midnight.

Self Service Check-In
Auto Check-In Machines
This mode of check-in is available to all passengers with confirmed bookings on Singapore Airlines. To use this service, passengers should have available:
  • E-Ticket Receipt
  • Machine-readable Passport
  • Credit card used to purchase the ticket
Please note that only standard credit cards are accepted currently. Credit cards similar to the "Mini Card" that have an irregular size format or cards with round edges are not accepted.

Passengers will be able to check-in for the flight, select seats and print their boarding pass. These machines are situated at:
  • Row 5 (Business Class) and Row 9 (Economy Class) of Changi Airport Terminal 2
  • Row 6 (Business Class) and Row 4 (Economy Class) of Changi Airport Terminal 3


Internet Check-In/Self-Printed Boarding Passes
For passengers who have successfully performed Internet Check-In and printed their boarding passes online, please proceed to:
  • Row 5 (First and Business Class) and Row 9 (Economy Class) of Changi Airport Terminal 2.
  • Row 6 (First and Business Class) and Row 4 (Economy Class) of Changi Airport Terminal 3.

with your boarding passes and travel documents for boarding pass endorsement and Baggage Drop Off.
 
Passengers who have performed Internet Check-In and have not printed their boarding passes online, please proceed to the regular check in counters to collect your boarding passes. You may also choose to print your boarding passes from the Auto Check-In Machines (see above).



SilverKris Lounge Check-In
First Class and Business Class passengers can check in from the comfort of our SilverKris Lounge in Singapore. This service is available to customers with confirmed flight reservations on Singapore Airlines operated flights travelling without checked baggage.

It will be available daily from 5.30 a.m. until the departure of the last flight of the day. Simply obtain a stamp endorsement on your ticket from Row 4 (Terminal 2), Row 6 (Terminal 3) or First Class Check-In Reception and then present your ticket to the Police Constable at the entrance to immigration area.

Special Assistance Check-in Counter
Singapore Airlines offer a range of services for passengers who require special assistance. At Singapore Changi Airport, we provide a check-in counter especially for the following passengers:
  • Expectant mothers
  • Unaccompanied Minors
  • Families with infants or toddlers
  • Passengers with reduced mobility
  • Passengers with disabilities
This check-in counter is located at:
  • Terminal 2: Passengers may check in at Counter 12 at Row 9
  • Terminal 3: Passengers may check in at Counter 12 at Row 4
