All SIA flights departing from Singapore will stop acceptance of passengers for check-in at 40 minutes before departure time. For other countries, please check with the local office for check-in closure times.

Singapore Airlines check-in counters are located in both Terminal 2 and 3. 

For Terminal 2, please proceed to: 

• Row 4 (for First and Business Class Check-in)
• Row 5 (for Business Class Self Service Check-in / KrisFlyer Elite Gold)
• Row 7 (for Group Check-in)
• Row 8 (for Economy Class Check-in)
• Row 9 (for Economy Class Self-Service Check-in [front] and KUL Check-in [rear])

For Terminal 3, please proceed to:

• Row 2 (for Australian and New Zealand flights Check-in)
• Row 3 (for Economy Class Check-in)
• Row 4 (for Economy Class Self-Service Check-in)
• Row 6 (for First Class [last 2 counters], Business Class and Business Class Self Service Check-in)
• Row 7 (for KrisFlyer Elite Gold Check-in)
• Row 10 (for Group Check-in)

60 minutes to departure: Proceed to boarding
40 minutes to departure: Check-in closes
10 minutes to departure: Boarding gate closes

Check-in counters generally close 40 minutes before the departure time.
