At Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2 and 3, customers holding confirmed flight bookings on Singapore Airlines may check in up to 48 hours before flight departure with their baggage.  This service is available daily from 5.30 am to 1.00 am (the following morning).  Check-in will close 40 minutes before departure time. Please proceed to your boarding gate 60 minutes before departure, the boarding gate will close 10 minutes before the departure time.  Click here  to find out the status of your flight.

For passengers departing from Terminal 2 Changi Airport, please proceed to:

• Row 4 - for First and Business Class passengers, PPS Club
• Row 5 - for Business class passengers with Internet check-in, KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Star Alliance Gold members
• Row 7 - for Group check-in
• Row 8 - for Economy Class passengers
• Row 9 - for Economy Class passengers who have performed Internet Check-in or checked in via the Automated Check-in machines

For passengers departing from Terminal 3 Changi Airport, please proceed to:

• Row 2 - for Australian and New Zealand flights check-in
• Row 3  - for Economy Class passengers
• Row 4 - for Economy Class passengers who have performed Internet Check-in or checked in via the Automated Check-in machines
• Row 6 - for First and Business Class passengers, PPS Club members
• Row 7 - for KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Star Alliance Gold members
• Row 10 - for Group check-in
