Departing Flights

You will check in for your flight at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 based on your destination as listed in the table below.

Your check-in/ departure terminal will also be printed on your Singapore Airlines e-ticket receipts and boarding passes. Please note that for tickets issued before 30 November 2007, the information listed in the table below will supersede the departure terminal information given on your Singapore Airlines e-ticket receipt.

* Flights SQ632 bound for Bangkok-Tokyo, SQ626 bound for Bangkok-Osaka and SQ62 bound for Moscow-Houston will depart from Terminal 2. SilkAir will continue to operate from Terminal 2.

Customers in Transit

If you are transiting in Changi Airport, you can check the flight information displays at the airport for details of the departure terminal of your connecting flights. Information is also available at the Transfer Desks located at the departure transit areas.

Customers who need to connect to flights at another terminal may use the Skytrain, which connects all three terminals at Changi Airport. Please refer to the map below for further details.

Arriving Flights

Arrival flights may arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Click here to find out the status of your flight. Information on the arrival terminal will be available two hours before the flight’s estimated time of arrival.

As the main carrier at Terminal 3, Singapore Airlines celebrates its expansion to Terminal 3 with an array of new facilities, to meet every passenger’s needs.
