Travel Advice
Singapore Airlines or its agents will gladly provide you with information on travel documents for your journey. However, please ensure that these documents are in order, as Singapore Airlines is not liable for the consequences arising from improper or incomplete travel documents.
Visas
Well-organized travel documents are your passport to a snag-free trip. Before you fly, contact the embassy or consulate office of the country to which you will be travelling for information on passport, visa, or entry requirements. And do remember that you take all relevant travel documents with you to the airport.
Code-Share Flights
Singapore Airlines codeshares with other airlines such as Star Alliance members or through commercial arrangements. A Singapore Airlines codeshare flight will have a four-digit SQ flight number although the flight is operated by another airline. When you travel on a codeshare flight, you will be informed of the airline operating your flight. Do note that applicable restrictions and entitlements are subject to the rules of the operating carrier.

Ticketing
With Singapore Airlines electronic tickets (E-Tickets), you will no longer need to worry about forgetting or losing your ticket, as the ticket information is stored within a secure Singapore Airlines system.
Baggage

Mobile Services
On the go? You can access up-to-date flight information such as flight alerts, flight arrival and departure time, and KrisFlyer services via your Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), WAP phone and iMode phone.

Meal Request
Take dining to new heights. If you are travelling in Suites, First or Business Class, refer to our established Book The Cook program and order in advance a premium cuisine main course from an extensive selection of fine a-la carte dishes.
