GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) allows you to access SIA Mobile Services via your GPRS-enabled phone or PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) phone.

To start accessing Singapore Airlines’ GPRS services, key in the address www.singaporeair.com/mobile into your GPRS-enabled phone. You may want to bookmark this address for future use. You can consult your phone/PDA’s user manual on how to bookmark addresses.

Here, you can access the following services:
  • View real-time flight information
  • Look up our worldwide office addresses (and telephone/fax numbers and email addresses)
  • Register for flight alerts to be sent to your message pager/mobile phone/email address
  • Use the Redemption and Accrual Calculators
  • View KrisFlyer service numbers you can call around the world.
