You can receive alerts through SMS (short message service) or text message about schedule changes and flight delays for any Singapore Airlines’ flights you are booked on. In addition, if you are booked on First or Business class, we can use these facilities to inform you if your waitlisted seat is confirmed. 

For PPS Club and KrisFlyer members, you can also receive email about check-in notification for you to perform check-in at 48 hours before your departure, through check-in (connecting flights) for your trip or check-in on your return flight.  You can access the ‘My Flight Alerts’ section after logging into the Member’s Area.

SMS Check-in is currently available for KrisFlyer members for all flights operated by Singapore Airlines.  However, the service is unavailable for mobile phone subscribers in Canada, Japan, Korea and USA.
