Flight Alerts & SMS Check-in

Flight Alerts

If you are a KrisFlyer or PPS Club member, you will be able to receive alerts through SMS (short message service) or text message on your mobile phone, about schedule changes and flight delays for any Singapore Airlines’ flights you are booked on. In addition, we will send you an SMS when your waitlisted seat is confirmed.

Members can sign up for these alerts through the ‘My Flight Alerts’ section after logging into the Member’s area.

SMS Check-in

SMS Check-in is currently available for KrisFlyer and PPS Club members for all flights operated by Singapore Airlines. However, the service is unavailable for mobile phone subscribers in Canada, Japan, Korea and USA.
