Downtown Check-in
Where can I do downtown check-in?
Currently, downtown check-in is available only in Singapore.

Downtown Check-in:
If you are travelling without checked baggage, you may check in for your SIA flight at our Singapore Airlines Service Center at Paragon.

Passengers with checked baggage may also make use of this service. However, please note that you will have to present your baggage for acceptance:
  • For Terminal 2 passengers, please proceed to Row 5 (for First and Business Class Passengers) or Row 9 (for Economy Class Passengers)
  • For Terminal 3 passengers, please proceed to Row 6 (for First and Business Class Passengers) or Row 4 (for Economy Class Passengers)
Please arrive at your respective Terminal of departure no later than 1 hour before departure.  

Please note that Internet check-in facilities are available.

Telephone & Fax Check-in
The phone/fax Check-in facility will no longer be offered from 01 January 2007.  For your convenience, you may now check-in via the internet and print your personal boarding pass anytime, anywhere.  The self-printed boarding pass service is being made available progressively, at all our locations worldwide.  For availability of internet check-in options with printing of boarding passes, please click here.  Customers departing from Singapore can also use our Auto Check-in Machine available at the airport.
