Shortlisted applicants will undergo 2 rounds of structured interviews and a computerised pilot selection test. The entire recruitment process takes about 2 - 4 months.
After you have completed your profile and submitted your application online, you will receive an email confirmation. Invitations for interviews and subsequent correspondence will be via email.
The entire training duration is about 3 years. It is conducted in Singapore, as well as in Australia.
Successful candidates will be required to enter into a bond to serve the company for the duration of training and 7 years from the date of appointment as First Officers.
There will be ample opportunities for further training and advancement to become instructors or management pilots, for those who are assessed to be suitable.
