- Overseas: Tuition and other compulsory fees, monthly maintenance allowance, one-off clothing and computer allowances, annual book allowance, one-off settling-in allowance, air passage at beginning and end of course, plus an annual trip on SIA's services. In addition, Singapore Airlines will reimburse fees for university applications and entrance tests.
- Both: Vacation courses at SIA's Corporate Learning Centre, and attachment to a SIA office.
