Malpensa Airport information
You must be at the airport at least 90minutes before your flight departuere time to collect you bording pass and check-in your bags.You may have your check-in cancelled and your seat re-assigned if you do not collect your boarding pass at least 90 minutes prior to the departure time of your flight.
Singapore Airlines check-in counters are located at Terminal 1, Departure level 2, Check-In Area 5, counters 509 to 514 Malpensa Airport - Milan, Italy. If you are travelling First Class, please proceed to First Class counter 514.
If you are travelling Business Class or are a PPS Club/STAR GOLD member, please proceed to the Business Class counters 513. If you are an Economy Class passenger and have checked in on line, please proceed to the Internet check-in counter 512 to check in your baggage and have your self printed boarding pass stamped by the check in agent. If you are an Economy Class passenger and have not checked-in on line, please proceed to the Economy Class counters 509 to 511. STARTING FROM 25 OCTOBER 2009 Check-in Area 5 will change to Check-in Area 6.
Counter 601 for First Class, 602 for Raffles Class, 603 for Internet check-in and from 604 to 607 for Economy Class.
If you are claiming VAT TAX refund, please proceed to check-in first, at least 120 minutes prior to departure. After check-in, please proceed directly to the customs counters at Terminal 1 Check-In Area 1 (eastern end of the terminal) to process your VAT TAX refund. Your luggage can be accepted at the customs counters after completion of the verification process. You may then collect you refund at the various VAT refund counters throughout the terminal.
