Business Class

When it comes to food, there’s no reason to settle for less than best simply because you’re inflight. We have extended our contemporary, restaurant-style service to brunch, lunch and dinner for flights longer than three and a half hours.

We understand that presentation makes all the difference, so our delicious meals are served on our new square plates, designed exclusively for Business Class.

Restaurant-class Service
Savour our renowned satay (a customer favourite), a local delight of skewered slices of chicken, mutton, or beef that are grilled to perfection and served with a tantalizing peanut sauce. Or indulge in a delectable main course of tender rib eye steak, served with creamy red wine sauce, or a pan-seared escalope of salmon, served with a light dressing of tomato, lemon, and olive oil. Everything is freshly plated onboard.

A wide variety of snacks is also available anytime between meals, and on longer flights, fresh fruit is on hand for a refreshing pick-me-up.

Japanese Hanagoyomi
Singapore Airlines customers travelling on selected flights between Singapore and Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka, and between Tokyo and Los Angeles on Business Class can savour the delectable Hanagoyomi - an exclusively designed Japanese set inspired by the nuances of the four seasons.

Hanagoyomi comprises an elaborate spread of nine appetisers and entrees elegantly presented and served in traditional Japanese style. The spread includes cold dishes such as Kuchitori (vegetable appetisers), Aemono (tossed salad) and a variety of dishes such as Yakimono (grilled dish) and Takiawase (simmered dish), complemented with rice, miso soup and cold soba noodles.

Hanagoyomi is masterfully created by Chef Yoshihiro Murata of the Singapore Airlines International Culinary Panel.

Fine Beverages
Sip fine Charles Heidseick Rare Cuvée Réservée champagne, as well as a delightful selection of red and white wines, all specially selected by our renowned wine consultants. Coffee lovers can take your pick from espresso to cappuccino. Tea lovers can enjoy a fine selection of tea, which includes Earl Grey and Chamomile.
