Fine Dining
Select your meals from our custom-designed menu including appetizers, main courses, fine wines, and coffee & teas from around the world. Savour our renowned satay, a local delight of skewered slices of chicken, mutton, or beef that are grilled to perfection and served with a tantalizing peanut sauce. Or whet your appetite for the many fine courses ahead, with premium chilled malossal caviar -- a gourmet delight -- on our long-haul lunch, dinner, and selected supper flights.

Our International Culinary Panel creates menus that surpass your expectations, offering a selection of international cuisine and Asian favourites. Dishes specially designed by our award-winning chefs are indicated by the wok symbol on your menu. Alternatively, if you have a special favourite in mind, place an order ahead of time with our exclusive Book the Cook service, available from Singapore and 13 overseas locations. View the Book the Cook selections for First Class dining.

Yummy!
The exclusive, inflight Yummy! meal service allows our young passengers (2-11 years) travelling in First and Business class to select their main course up to 24 hours before flight departure. Children can choose their favourite dish from a selection of delicious, mouth-watering meals created just for them.

Elegant Beverages
Indulge in a glass of Dom Perignon (we are one of a few exclusive airlines serving this on board) and Krug with us. Enjoy a crafted selection of fine red and white wines, aperitifs, and liqueurs.

Extra Touches
* Gourmet coffees are available on all flights except SIN-KUL-SIN, and those operated on MI A320 aircraft. Specialty coffees are available on all flights, except those operated on MI A320 aircraft.

As an alternative to butter, we offer a selection of flavoured extra virgin olive oils, including natural, truffle, chilli, and balsamic vinegar.

Japanese Kyo-Kaiseki
Experience the traditional Kaiseki service, available on our Japan flights and when you order a Japanese special meal on selected international routes. The Kyo-Kaiseki, believed to have originated in the 1500s as a meal preceding the traditional Japanese tea ceremony, has evolved to become a unique Japanese dining custom that is both a visual feast and sensory delight to the palate.

Under the guidance of Yoshihiro Murata (a member of our International Culinary Panel), the service ware was specially developed with creative use of colours and shapes to reflect the principle of harmony fundamental to Kaiseki. With special menus planned by Kyoto-based Murata (of the Kikunoi Kyoto restaurant), we present you our exquisite Kyo-Kaiseki, traditional Kaiseki served in the atmosphere of a restaurant in Kyoto.

Chinese Shi Quan Shi Mei
Starting in April 2005, Singapore Airlines has been providing its First Class passengers with the sumptuous Chinese meal, Shi Quan Shi Mei. The full course Chinese meal has been served on selected Chinese routes, starting with Shanghai, and expanding to other Chinese cities, including Hong Kong and Taipei.

Shi Quan Shi Mei embraces the perfection of fine Chinese cuisine, with 10 courses, including a classic Chinese soup dish, four cold dishes, and four hot dishes, served with a choice of fragrant steamed rice or porridge.

Shahi Thali
From August 2006, First Class customers will be able to savour Shahi Thali, a unique Indian meal that features a dazzling spread of traditional Indian delicacies. Specially designed by internationally acclaimed chef Sanjeev Kapoor (a member of our International Culinary Panel), Shahi Thali showcases the best dishes in both Northern and Southern Indian cuisine.

A veritable feast in the sky, it comprises a starter, two types of chutneys (Indian relish), up to four entrees, rice, Indian rotis (bread) and a signature dessert. Lassi (a yoghurt drink) and masala tea complete the authentic dining experience. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions of Shahi Thali are available.

Shahi Thali will be available on all Singapore Airlines flights between Singapore and New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore as well as Hyderabad.
