The word taxidermy comes from the Greek for “Arrangement of the skin”. It’s the art of mounting or reproducing dead animals for display. Hugely popular in Victorian times, taxidermy fell out of favour through the last century…but now it’s making a comeback, with everyone from artists, to collectors and interior designers.
