What is the delivery time for text messages once they are sent?
Delivery time of text messages may vary greatly due to several factors. Messages sent through our Alert Services are delivered within 5 minutes. Any delay in delivery could probably be as a result of a slowdown in the network of the service provider due to large volumes of messages being transmitted.

Some of the messages that I receive are split and received as multiple messages. Why does this happen?
Messages are split into smaller portions depending on the maximum allowable message length for your mobile network. If the length of a message from our alert service exceeds the maximum length, these messages are split into multiple messages before they are delivered to your device.

The messages I receive appear garbled and unreadable. Why does this happen?
Messages may sometimes appear garbled due to the device not being able to resolve certain characters. Please email us your feedback via the Contact Us section on our website with the make and model of your device and describe the alert that you chose to receive. This will help us to assist and serve you better.

The time stamps on my message are not consistent with the time zone of my location. Why is that?
We use multiple servers located at different places across the world to relay messages to your mobile device. The timestamp that is displayed on the messages is dependent on the location of the server through which the messages are sent.
