With effect from 20th March 2007, SIA has discontinued the Departure and Arrival Alerts service and replaced the service with a new Flight Disruption SMS Alerts service.  This new service will inform you via SMS in the event of flight disruptions.

To Register for this service, simply provide your mobile number when making a booking with SIA.  For PPS and KrisFlyer members, please ensure that your membership profile is updated with your mobile number.  For more information on this new service, please Click Here.

My Booking Alerts is a one-time activated service for registered customers to set their flight alert preferences. You will receive flight information  pertaining to your booked Singapore Airlines flights via email or SMS after subscribing to the service provided by My Booking Alerts. In addition, you can nominate two other family members or friends to receive fight alerts pertaining to your bookings.
