Payment by eNETS

 
Direct Debit is an Internet based payment method that allows you to make payment directly from your bank account for your online booking on singaporeair.com, for travel itineraries originating from Singapore. The facility is available to the customers who are account holders in the following three banks in Singapore and have Internet Banking User ID and Password: 

          DBS/POSB  
          United Overseas Bank (UOB) 
          Citibank Maxi Save and Ready Credit Account

If you do not have an Internet Banking ID and password then please contact your bank to create one for you. 
Banks have a daily limit for your Internet banking transactions. Please note that you will not be able to purchase for your ticket(s) if daily withdrawal limit of your bank account is less than the total purchase price of your ticket(s). 
 
For your reference, the daily limits are as follows:
Bank Daily Limit (SGD)
DBS / POSB accounts $ 3000
UOB accounts $ 3000
Citibank Maxi Save & Ready credit $ 2000

How to use eNETS – Direct Debit to make online payments on singaporeair.com
For your online ticket purchase on singaporeair.com, payment by eNETS is available under direct debit payment option on the payment page. Upon selecting eNETS as the payment option, you will be asked to select your preferred bank i.e. DBS/POSB, UOB, or Citibank. As per the bank selection, you will be directed to the respective bank site to key in Internet Banking ID and password to complete the payment transactions.  For all successful transactions, the bank will issue an acknowledgement page. You are advised to print a copy for your future reference.  After completing the payment transactions, you will be redirected back to singaporeair.com with the confirmation and acknowledgement of your payment and booking.
