An E-Ticket is an acronym for Electronic Ticket. It is a paperless ticket that is stored in our reservation system. To learn more about E-Tickets, visit the Payment & Ticketing Help page from the left-hand navigation.
  • For Singapore Airlines and Silk Air operated flights, try the ‘Find low prices with flexible dates’ option. If your first preference is not available, our calendar will show you flights for a range of dates.
  • Look for promotional fares, which can be found in our Specials area.
  • Plan as far in advance as possible, especially around busy holiday travel times.
  • Sign up for a Singapore Airlines specials newsletter during enrolment in the KrisFlyer programme.
Infant bookings are currently not available for Multi-City/Stopover itineraries.
For international travel, you must ensure that you have a valid passport, applicable visas, and other travel documents for the countries you intend to visit. Some countries may require you to hold a valid return ticket. We are pleased to provide visa requirements for many countries serviced by Singapore Airlines. We also encourage you to please check with the nearest embassy or consulate of the country to which you are travelling.
Singapore Airlines makes every effort to ensure that your personal belongings arrive safely during travel. However, we do encourage the purchase of travel insurance to fully protect your belongings.
