All you need to do is access the ‘Redeem Miles’ feature from the home page or the Flights & Fares page and follow the simple steps provided.

To add a stopover to your journey, just select the ‘Stopover’ option from the Redeem Miles page of the booking facility. A stopover is a break in the journey for more than 24 hours in one of the cities that you pass through on your itinerary.

Yes, certain taxes and fees will apply when you book redemption tickets. These fees will be displayed before you confirm your flight. Payment has to be made then.

Yes, the waitlist option is available when redemption bookings are made. If no seats are available for your selected flight, you will be asked if you would like to be waitlisted for any flights on the day that you have chosen.

However, waitlisting is only available for bookings where KrisFlyer miles are redeemed.
