Booking Reference

What is a booking reference?
A booking reference is the 6-character alphanumeric code (e.g. JV68HA) given when a booking is made in Singapore Airlines’ reservation system. It is used by our reservation, ticketing, and customer service staff to locate your reservation records and Electronic Tickets.

How can I retrieve my booking if I did not write down the booking reference?
You can retrieve and view your bookings by visiting the My Booking page under Flights & Fares or the online booking facility.  Log in using your KrisFlyer number or User ID along with your PIN and you will see a list of the bookings you have made.  Please note that the booking can only be retrieved when you are logged in under the same registration ID that created the booking, or if your KrisFlyer number is captured in your booking with us.  Alternately, you can contact any Singapore Airlines office and provide your name, flight number, date of travel, and departure and arrival cities. They will be able to inform you of your booking reference. Office details are available from the Contact Us page.
