I only wish to buy a flight ticket. Why should I register?

Registration is not required to make an online booking, but it does offer many advantages. By creating an online PIN for your KrisFlyer account, you can speed through booking and check-in, change your meal requests, and sign up to receive special offers and updates. You could also earn frequent flyer miles which can be redeemed for award flights.

How do I register my KrisFlyer account to use online services?

There is no need to register your KrisFlyer account. You can access your online account by creating a PIN for logging in online at www.krisflyer.com.  To create a PIN, first click ‘Log-in Help’ from the Member Log-in area of the home page or the KrisFlyer website homepage. From there, you will be able to select ‘Create PIN’ and then follow simple steps to complete your online registration.

If you are not already a KrisFlyer member, you can enrol from the KrisFlyer page, or by clicking ‘Enrol Now’ from the ‘Member Log-in’ box on the home page.

Can I register online if I don’t want to be a KrisFlyer member?

Registration is only available for KrisFlyer membership as our online registration facility for online users is no longer available.

How do I change my registration details (personal information)?

KrisFlyer members can change their registration details by following the steps below.
From the home page:
  1. Log in, if you have not already done so.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click ‘My Account’ followed by ‘’My Profile’.
  3. Make the desired edits to your personal information and click ‘Save Changes’.
From another page:
  1. Log in, if you have not already done so.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click the ‘My Services’ icon followed by ‘PersonalParticulars’.
  3. Make the desired edits to your personal information and click ‘Save Changes’.
From the KrisFlyer webpages :
  1. Log in, if you have not already done so.
  2. Click on ‘My Account’ on the top navigation bar followed by ‘My Profile’
  3. Make the desired edits to your personal information and click ‘Save Changes’.

How do I log in?

You may log in from the Member Log-in box on the singaporeair.com home page or KrisFlyer webpages. If you have a KrisFlyer account, you can log in using your KrisFlyer number and PIN.

How do I log out?

If you are currently logged in, you may log out by clicking ‘Log out’ in the top right-hand corner of the page. Alternatively, you may close the browser window.

How do I change (reset) my personal identification number (PIN)?

To change your PIN from the home page, click ‘Log-in Help’ in the Member Log-in area, and then click ‘Reset your PIN’. You may also access this feature from the top right-hand corner of any other page by clicking the ‘My Services’ icon. For verification purposes, you will need to submit your KrisFlyer number or User ID, your date of birth, and the answer to your security question.

I have forgotten my PIN. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your PIN, you will need to reset it. Please refer to the question above for instructions.

I have forgotten my KrisFlyer number. What should I do?

To retrieve your KrisFlyer number, click ‘Log-in Help’ from the Member Log-in area on the home page. You may choose to call  KrisFlyer Membership Services, or to request that your information be sent to the email address for your account.

Why do you limit the number of tries to access my account?

Singapore Airlines has introduced this security feature to prevent any unauthorized access. Members are allowed a maximum of three log-in attempts. We understand that your privacy is important and are committed to protecting the personal information that you have provided. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Why can't I access my account?

Singaporeair.com has security features designed to safeguard your information. After a certain number of failed log-in attempts, access to your account will be denied. This is to prevent any unauthorized access to your personal data. We understand that your privacy is important and are committed to protecting the personal information you have provided. If you are trying to retrieve your bookings, please provide your booking reference or flight details so that we can assist you. If you intend to make a booking, please try again after 24 hours or call a Singapore Airlines office for immediate assistance.

I am already logged in. Why am I being asked to log in again?

As part of our commitment to keeping your personal data confidential and secure, the Singapore Airlines website ensures that only one session can be active for a given KrisFlyer number. The intent is to ensure that only one person can be logged-in for a given account at any time. You may have forgotten to log out from the current session by clicking the ‘Log out’ button or by closing the browser. In these cases, you will be asked to log in again.
