Reserve Value - an exclusive privilege for Solitaire PPS Club members

Whenever you travel, you are invited to check in at the First Class counter, regardless of your class of travel.

At Singapore’s Changi Airport (Terminal 2), a porter will take care of your baggage and a member of our Premium Services team will assist you through to our First Class Check-In Reception, an elegant facility located next to Immigration.
Our Premium Services Officer will handle your check-in whilst you sit back and enjoy the comfort of the lounge. A private entrance from the lounge leads you directly to Immigration, after which you can proceed to the SilverKris Lounge or to your boarding gate.
At Terminal 3, enjoy the exclusivity of our First Class Check-in Reception, complete with its own dedicated driveway.

The First Class section of Singapore Airlines’ SilverKris Lounges worldwide is yours to use, regardless of your class of travel whenever you travel on Singapore Airlines or SilkAir. You may also invite a guest to enjoy this privilege with you, provided he or she is travelling on any Star Alliance-operated flight departing on the same day as your flight.

Furthermore, we will be delighted to offer you a Solitaire PPS Club Supplementary Card for your spouse. As a Solitaire PPS Club Supplementary member, your spouse will receive the same personalised service and many of the air privileges as you do whenever he or she travels. Use of Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge in London

Solitaire PPS Club and Life members are welcome to use Virgin’s “Revivals” arrival lounge in London on arrival on SQ322*.

*The boarding pass for SQ322 and membership card have to be presented for entry. Members will not be able to invite a guest to join them at the Virgin Atlantic Revivals lounge. Use of Virgin Atlantic Clubhouses and Virgin's "Revivals" arrival lounge is subject to Virgin Atlantic's terms and conditions of usage.

Solitaire PPS Club membership will be yours when you accrue a cumulative PPS Value of at least S$250,000 within five consecutive years of PPS Club membership.

The PPS Value is in Singapore dollars, and is derived from the revenue earned by Singapore Airlines and SilkAir, for travel on First and Business Class on both airlines. In most instances, the PPS Value you will accrue will be the amount that is reflected in the fare box on your ticket(s). For tickets purchased outside of Singapore, the accrued PPS Value will be the amount shown in the fare box (in the local currency) converted to Singapore dollars, using the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) monthly exchange rate. The rate used will be based on IATA’s exchange rate at the month of ticketing, which is available for you to view here.

To renew your Solitaire PPS Club membership each year, all you need to do is accrue a PPS Value of at least S$25,000 during the 12-month period of your Solitaire PPS Club membership year.

If less than S$25,000 is accrued, you can use the Reserve Value you may have in your account.

Reserve Value is the PPS Value in excess of S$25,000, which you have accrued by the end of your membership year*. It is valid for 3 years from the month in which it is credited to your account.

Reserve Value can be used to ‘top up’ PPS Value at the end of subsequent membership years if there is insufficient PPS Value accrued for Solitaire PPS Club membership renewal.

*Only applicable to membership years which end from 1 June 2009 onwards.

Online account statements when Solitaire PPS Club members log in at My Account at krisflyer.com
Bi-monthly e-statements that are emailed to Solitaire PPS Club members’ email addresses registered in their personal KrisFlyer accounts.

Reserve Value is credited and visible in online account statements after the end of the membership year in which it is accrued.
