Automated Phone System
When you call KrisFlyer Membership Services, our Automated Phone System enables you to access the information you need. Simply have your KrisFlyer membership number and PIN ready, and follow these three steps:

Step 1: Press 1 to select English* as your language option.
Step 2: Press 1 to select KrisFlyer Redemption Booking or other KrisFlyer related matters
Step 3: Enter your 10-digit KrisFlyer membership number.
Step 4: Select the service you require from the list below; if prompted, enter your 6-digit PIN


To make a redemption booking	Press 2, enter your PIN, and select: 2 for a flight on Singapore Airlines or SilkAir 3 for a flight on a partner airline.
To check your waitlist status	Press 2, enter your PIN, and press 3.
To make a retroactive mileage claim	Press 1, followed by 1. 1 for a flight on Singapore Airlines 2 for a flight on our airline partners 3 for a claim on our Non-air partners
To view your mileage summary	Press 1, followed by 2, and enter your PIN.
To change your PIN	Press 1, followed by 3, and enter your PIN.
To request for forms	Press 1, followed by 4, and select: 1 for the Redemption Group Nomination form 2 for the Change of address and personal particular form 3 for the Reservation and Miles Top-up Request form 4 for the Retroactive Mileage Claim form 5 for the Mileage extension request form When prompted, please enter your fax number (country code – area code – fax number), followed by the # key.

* For other language options, select from the following :
