Automated Phone System
When you call KrisFlyer Membership Services, our Automated Phone System enables you to access the information you need. Simply have your KrisFlyer membership number and PIN ready, and follow these three steps:

Step 1: Press 1 to select English* as your language option.
Step 2: Enter your 10-digit KrisFlyer membership number.
Step 3: Enter your 6-digit PIN and select the service you require from the list below


To make a booking or redeem your miles	Press 1 for flight bookings or account-related enquiries, followed by : 1 for Singapore Airlines or Silk Air reservations 2 for redemptions on Singapore Airlines or SilkAir 3 for redemptions on a partner airline.
To make a retroactive mileage claim	Press 2, followed by 1 and select one of the following : 1 for a flight on Singapore Airlines and Silk Air 2 for a flight on airline partners 3 for a claim on non-airline partners
To view your mileage summary	Press 2, followed by 2
To change your PIN	Press 1 after selecting your language option Enter your current 6-digit PIN. Enter your new 6-digit PIN. Re-enter your new 6-digit PIN.
To request for forms	Press 2, followed by 3 and select: 1 for the Redemption Group Nomination form 2 for the Change of Name form 3 for the Reservation and Miles Top-up Request form 4 for the Retroactive Mileage Claim form When prompted, please enter your fax number (country code – area code – fax number), followed by the # key.
