No, KrisFlyer membership is free.

Anyone aged two and above can enrol in the KrisFlyer programme.

No, our members come from all over the world.

If you are already a member of one of our airline partners’ frequent flyer programmes, you will still need to enrol in the KrisFlyer programme to earn KrisFlyer miles.

No, KrisFlyer membership is only open to individuals.

Upon successful completion of your online enrolment, you will be able to print out a copy of your temporary KrisFlyer membership card, which contains your membership number. You can use this temporary membership card to begin earning KrisFlyer miles immediately. Your permanent KrisFlyer Membership Card will be posted to you once you have made your first transaction. A transaction is a flight on Singapore Airlines or SilkAir, or any eligible transaction with our other partners.

KrisFlyer accounts which have mileage accrual are valid for 36 months from the end of the month in which the last mileage accrual occurred, after which the membership accounts will expire. KrisFlyer accounts which do not have any mileage accrual for a period 18 months since enrolment will expire after that period of 18 months.

Yes, you will be able to re-enrol as a member if your previous account has expired. Simply click here to complete your re-enrolment. When that is completed, a new KrisFlyer Membership Number will be issued and you will also be able to print your temporary membership card.
