Managing your KrisFlyer Account

 
 




 

For both options, you will have to provide mandatory information (KrisFlyer number and date of birth) first. Thereafter, for (a), you can create a new PIN immediately after you have answered your online security question correctly. However, if you are unsure of the answer to your security question, then use (b). You will have to key in the valid email address you have registered with your KrisFlyer account.   If the email address you key in matches the one in your KrisFlyer record, a new PIN will be emailed to you.  The first time you use the new PIN, you will be asked to change to your personal preferred PIN.

Just log in at My Account and click on My Profile.  Under “Personal Particulars”, you can then select a new security question and provide a new answer.

Just log in at My Account and click on My Profile.  Under “Personal Particulars”, key in your new email address. If you have forgotten your PIN, please refer to the options above for a new PIN.

Each member can only have 1 KrisFlyer number, hence you will not be able to re-enrol.  Please go to Log-in Help and use the KrisFlyer number search option. You will have to key in your first name, last name,  date of birth and the email address you have registered with your KrisFlyer account.  You will also need to provide the correct answer to the security question you had previously selected.  When the correct information has been provided, your KrisFlyer number will be emailed to you.
Alternatively, you can call KrisFlyer Membership Services.

A maximum of 3 tries are allowed. If that is exceeded, you will have to wait for 24 hours before you can try again. In the meantime, you will not be able to reset your PIN or request for a new PIN online.
If you need to access your account before 24 hours are up, please call KrisFlyer Membership Services.  A new PIN will then be emailed to you. The first time you use the PIN,  you will be asked to change the PIN to your personal preferred PIN.

Yes, you can opt to have your Account Statements emailed to you. You will receive an account summary every two months. Please note that you will only receive an online Account Statement if you have made a transaction during the preceding statement period, or if you have KrisFlyer miles expiring in the current or next 5 months.
You may also go online to view your account summary anytime, anywhere. It's the quickest and easiest way to view your KrisFlyer account.
