Performing your membership transactions online is the most simple, quick and efficient way to manage your KrisFlyer account.
And enjoy reduced KrisFlyer service fees on some of these services online.

Add or change your Redemption Nominees

You can add, delete or make changes to your list of redemption nominees here. KrisFlyer and KrisFlyer Elite Silver members will save 40% off the usual miles required for changes submitted online. The service fee is waived for KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members.

Extend your expiring miles

If you have miles expiring, you can extend them online and save 40% off the usual number of miles required for mileage extension.

Claim miles retroactively

If the miles you earned are not reflected in your KrisFlyer account statement, you can claim them here.

Update your particulars

You can update your personal particulars, such as your email address and other contact details here.

Online Redemption Booking

Redeem your miles for award tickets online and you will receive a 15% discount on the usual number of miles required.

Transactions such as extending your miles, changing your Redemption Nominees, claiming miles retroactively and more can be completed online.
