KrisFlyer Service Fees

These valuable services are available at nominal fees that can be paid in KrisFlyer miles or in US dollars (or local currency equivalent). Elite Silver, Elite Gold and PPS Club members will enjoy waived or reduced fees on many of these services, especially when the request is submitted online.

Where multiple services are used, fees applicable are cumulative.

* This charge will be applicable if you change/cancel your award flight less than 24 hours before departure, or if you fail to use your confirmed reservation (as printed on your ticket) for any reason.
Ticketing charges apply on a per ticket basis.

No refund and re-issuance of partially-used tickets.
No change of flight/date is allowed for partially-used tickets issued for flights on partner airlines.

#Except on the Singapore-Kuala Lumpur route, on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir - the fee is waived for change of carrier.

** For ad-hoc requests for printed statements; the fees are charged on a per request basis. A maximum of 3 bi-monthly statements within the last 12 months are allowed for each request. Additional statements will be counted as additional requests and the applicable per-request fees will be charged.
Each bi-monthly period begins with an odd-numbered month (example:January-February, March-April etc).
