With Singapore Airlines and SilkAir, you can earn KrisFlyer miles by flying in Economy, Business or First Class on an eligible fare.
KrisFlyer miles will also be earned when you fly in the Singapore Airlines Suites.

Ensuring the Miles Are Credited into Your Account

Most booking fares are eligible for accrual of KrisFlyer miles. However, Economy Class tickets issued in V, Q, G, N or T booking classes on Singapore Airlines and V, Q, G, N, T, W or L booking classes on SilkAir are ineligible for mileage accrual. No miles will be earned for award tickets, agency / industry /special discount tickets and tickets booked under infant fares. Please check with your travel agent or the relevant airline before making a reservation to determine the eligibility of your booking fare for mileage accrual.
Book under your name as it appears in your passport and KrisFlyer membership records.
Quote your KrisFlyer Membership Number at the time of reservation.
Present your KrisFlyer Membership Card upon check-in.
If you are checking in online, login at singaporeair.com using your KrisFlyer Membership Number and PIN.
It may take up to 4 weeks after your flight for miles to be credited into your KrisFlyer account. To see if your miles have been credited, please login at 'My Account' to check your KrisFlyer statements.
