American Express^®Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Gold Credit Cardmembers who charge S$10,000 or more to their Card between 1 January 2008 and 31 December 2008 will receive an extra 50% of the total number of KrisFlyer miles earned from their total spending during the qualifying period (up to a maximum of 5,000 miles). Not applicable to bonus or additional KrisFlyer miles earned on promotional or selected purchases. The bonus miles will be credited to members’ KrisFlyer accounts from February 2009. To qualify, your Card Account must be in good standing and not be cancelled for any reason. Charges accumulated in 2007 are not eligible for the 2008 bonus miles programme. The bonus 5,000 KrisFlyer miles is only applicable to first time American Express^®Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Credit Card applicants.
Bonus miles are only earned if the member purchases the Singapore Airlines ticket is purchased in the country where his/her American Express^®Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Gold Credit Card was issued. All American Express^®Cards cannot be used to purchase Singapore Airlines tickets for flights originating from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Russia, China and South Africa.

"Double miles are only earned when Singapore Airlines tickets are purchased online for travel originating from the issuance place of your American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Gold Credit Card. The number of double miles earned will be based on the purchase value of the ticket and not the actual distance flown.
