Special KrisFlyer 10th Anniversary Promotion for PPS Club Members


All you need to do is call KrisFlyer Membership Services and identify yourself as a PPS Club member. This offer is available for offline upgrade redemptions only and for the travel period 1 March to 30 September 2009. There are also other special offers available, such as a 25% discount on miles required for all available online redemptions and 50% off online redemption bookings for selected flights on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir. The 35% discount is applicable only for offline upgrade redemptions made through KrisFlyer Membership Services between 1 March and 15 September 2009 and is only available to PPS Club members and KrisFlyer members traveling under the Singapore Airlines Corporate Travel Programme.
The valid travel period is from 1 March 2009 to 30 September 2009. Travel must be completed by 30 September 2009.
The 35% discount is valid for redemption of Saver, Standard and Full upgrade awards on Singapore Airlines only, and for redemption of Saver upgrade awards tickets on SilkAir only.
The 35% discount for redemption of flight upgrades from Economy Class to Business Class is only valid for commercial tickets purchased in S, Y, B, E fare classes on Singapore Airlines and Y, B, E fare classes on SilkAir.
Only Standard and Full upgrade awards are available for redemption on B777-300ER flights. For redemption of upgrades from Business to First Class on B777-300 flights with the same First Class seats that are fitted on B777-300ER flights, only Standard and Full awards are available. Upgrading from Economy Class in a 1-stop service between Singapore and Los Angeles/New York to a non-stop service on the A345 between Singapore and Los Angeles/New York is only available with Standard and Full awards.
Only Standard and Full awards for upgrade from Economy to Business are available for redemption on A380 flights. No redemption for upgrade to the Singapore Airlines Suites is available.
The discount is applicable to one-way and round-trip upgrade award redemptions.
The discount is applicable only on the number of miles required for an upgrade award. Taxes, surcharges and fees are charged separately and are not subject to any discount.
Not valid with any other discount and promotion.
All ticket redemptions are subject to seat availability at time of booking.
Cancellations and changes are subject to the usual fees. Changes to the commercial flight for which the promotional upgrade was redeemed, that result in a commercial flight that takes place outside of the promotional travel period will not enjoy the promotional upgrade redemption discount.
