A new experience of luxury awaits Singapore Airlines’ Customers at Terminal 3

From 9 January, Singapore Airlines’ loyal customers flying out of Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 will be treated to a new level of luxury

Terminal 3 is home to Singapore Airlines’ 30 million-dollar new premium facilities that will please the most discerning of travellers.

The SilverKris Lounge at Terminal 3 : where classic elegance meets functionality

The SilverKris Lounge provides an oasis of calm and respite for PPS Club members and Singapore Airlines customers travelling in the premium cabins.

Located at level 3 above Departure Gate A1, it is 4,000 square metres of luxury, with walls adorned in fine marble and rich timber. The high ceiling gives a sense of space and full-length windows allow customers to enjoy unparalleled views of the tarmac in peace and quiet as they relax in seats upholstered in soft leather.

The entire lounge is WiFi-enabled, allowing customers to surf the internet from wherever they are seated. 36 internet and workstations are also available for use.

Separate sections serve Business Class and First Class customers as well as eligible PPS Club members. Each section comes with its own dining areas, food service counters, bars, television areas, showers and washrooms as well as nursing rooms.

The Business Class section of SilverKris Lounge is open to all Singapore Airlines Business Class customers as well as PPS Club members who travel on Singapore Airlines.

Singapore Airlines Suites and First Class customers, as well as Solitaire PPS Club members travelling on Singapore Airlines, may also visit the First Class section.

First Class Check-In: exclusivity like never before

Customers traveling in the Singapore Airlines Suites or First Class have their own private driveway leading into the First Class Check-in Reception at Terminal 3, with porters to assist with their luggage as service staff complete their check-in.

Clearing immigration will be a breeze with a dedicated Singapore Airlines First Class Departure Immigration Lane, for customers who have checked in at the First Class Check-in Reception. Located just steps away from the exit of the Reception, this dedicated lane allows eligible customers to bypass the main immigration area, making the process from check-in to boarding easier and more convenient.

The KrisFlyer Gold Lounge: comfort with a modern touch

The KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, situated at Level 3, is designed around the Terminal’s existing facilities capitalizing on natural skylight.

Buffet food counters and television areas are located inside, while internet workstations are conveniently placed in the outdoor area overlooking water features and greenery. Free WiFi is also available at the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.
This Lounge offers Singapore Airlines’ KrisFlyer Elite Gold members and Star Alliance Gold members a cosy getaway in which to rest and relax before their flights.
