Printed statements will no longer be available after January 2008.* KrisFlyer members will receive their last printed statements in July 2007. KrisFlyer Elite members and PPS Club members will receive their last ones in January 2008.

Opt for E-statements Now and Receive Much More

Opt now for online statements instead and receive your account statement summaries via email bi-monthly, where you will also receive the latest news on Singapore Airlines, KrisFlyer and the PPS Club.  You will also be among the first to receive the latest news on special partner offers.

This bi-monthly email has information on your account activity in the preceding two months and the miles that would be expiring in the next six months, as well as convenient online links to your detailed bi-monthly account statements. These detailed bi-monthly online statements are only available to members who have opted to receive the email.

Here is How You Can Opt for E-statements

If you have not already subscribed to receive your online bi-monthly account statement, we invite you to opt in now:

1. Login at ‘My Account’ with your KrisFlyer Membership Number and PIN
2. Click on ‘My Profile’, followed by ‘My Subscriptions’ to change your preference. Please ensure that your preferred email address is valid and up-to-date.

If you do not already have a PIN, you can create one here.
Be prepared with a private 6-digit number, your KrisFlyer Membership Number, and the answers to a few simple questions such as your date of birth and other security questions.

Also, to see your account information more frequently, please login at 'My Account'.
Your account information is available online, 24/7, anywhere; check as often as you like, as your account details are updated daily.
Extend your miles expiring for the first time online and save 40% on the miles normally required to pay for the extension. And the extension will take effect immediately.

*For ad-hoc requests for printed statements,  service fees are charged on a per request basis.  A maximum of 3 bi-monthly statements within the last 12 months are allowed for each request. Additional statements will be counted as additional requests and the applicable per-request fees will be charged.
Each bi-monthly period  begins with an odd-numbered month (example:January-February, March-April etc).
Members can also print their own bi-monthly statements free of charge by logging in at  My Account .
