Cancellation Fee No cancellation or fare refund once tickets are issued. Taxes and surcharges for any unused tickets will be refunded with a refund administrative fee of AED100.
Rebooking Fee Rebooking and Rerouting is not permitted once tickets are issued.

2. Child and infant fare discounts are not applicable.
3. Payment is by credit or debit card only. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for all bookings.
4. You will also need to make your own arrangements to obtain visas and other travel documents.
5. Tickets for children (2 to below 12 years at the time of travel) must be bought together with a ticket for an adult. Ticket for infant (under 2 years) is currently not available on our website.
