Cancellation Fee 1. Before departure / after ticketing: AUD300 for adults, AUD220 for children and AUD50 for infants.
2. After departure: no refund.
Rebooking Fee After ticketing: rebooking is permitted at a charge of AUD100 per transaction, provided the change does not contravene the fare conditions.
 
Other Conditions

*Fare is inclusive of associated taxes, levies and charges. Taxes are correct as at 09 September 2009.
1. Payment is by credit card only and will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of AUD25 per ticket. Amex, Diners Card, Visa and MasterCard are accepted for all bookings.
2. The fare for a child (2 to below 12 years at the time of travel) is 75% of the applicable adult fare.
3. The fare for an infant (under 2 years) is 10% of the applicable adult fare.
4. Tickets for children (2 to below 12 years at the time of travel) and infants (under 2 years) must be purchased together with a ticket for an adult.
5. Unaccompanied children (2 to below 12 years at time of travel) and infants (under 2 years) are not permitted on these fares.
6. This offer is subject to availability and confirmation.
7. The fare is NOT eligible for Frequent Flyer mileage accrual.
8. The fare is NOT eligible for redemption upgrades.
9. Additional taxes apply for stopovers in Singapore.
