•  Eligibility

a) All companies can participate in the Singapore Airlines Corporate Travel Programme (Bangladesh) as long as they are incorporated in Bangladesh. This programme is applicable for the travel of your company's employees on company business, as well as their spouses and children on vacation. The incurred travel expenditure must be paid for as company's expenses.

b) Requirements:
 i) Your company must have a minimum nett flown expenditure of BDT 1,000,000 per six months on Singapore Airlines.
 ii) Travel must originate from Bangladesh and cannot travel out of sequence.
 iii) Tickets must be purchased and issued in Bangladesh, and have to be issued on Singapore Airlines documents.

• Admission

Admission to the Corporate Travel Programme will be at Singapore Airlines Dhaka’s sole discretion.

Successful applicants will be provisionally enrolled in the programme for 6 months without any special fare offers. Singapore Airlines will decide whether to fully admit a new applicant based on the assessment of the applicant's nett flown expenditure during the first 6 months of enrolment. Upon full admission, corporate accounts will be offered a range of the discounted corporate fares depending on the qualification criteria. All discounted corporate fares are subject to change with one-week notice.

• Performance Review

Singapore Airlines will review the performance of fully enrolled corporate accounts periodically. With greater travel volume on Singapore Airlines, your company will enjoy even greater savings.

Singapore Airlines reserves the right to withdraw any account's participation in the Corporate Travel Programme if it does not meet the required nett flown expenditure.

• Appoinment of Travel Management Company

a) Your company may appoint up to two Singapore Airlines' Appointed Travel Management Companies as fulfilment agents to handle the reservation and ticketing services under Singapore Airlines Corporate Travel Programme.

b) The appointed Travel Management Companies will also collect fare payments on behalf of Singapore Airlines.

c) Once a Company is enrolled in the Singapore Airlines’ Corporate Travel Programme, a request for any change of Travel Management Company must be made to Singapore Airlines. The change will only take effect on the 1st of the following month, with at least 2 weeks' advance notice.

d) Your Company must have a separate liaison and arrangement with the Travel Management Company on their service or management fee for the provision of reservations and ticketing services.

• Participation Date

Commencements of all corporate agreements will take place on the 1st of every month. Completed online application forms must be received at least two weeks prior to the commencement date.
