Important notes
  • Issuance of other airline segments on Singapore Airlines Document (618)

It is not permitted to issue an Singapore Airlines Electronic Ticket (618), containing solely segments on other airlines than Singapore Airlines (SQ) and/or SilkAir (MI).
  • Electronic ticket number in booking file

There is no need to indicate the electronic ticket number in the service information field (OSI / SI) by applying the TKNE entry. The system of Singapore Airlines retrieves the relevant ticket data straight from the electronic ticket mask and transfers the ticketnumber automatically into its own ticket number field. Therefore nil action is required should you not see the TKNE entry in the OSI/SI box of your booking file, based on the fact, that the electronic ticket has been issued within the same booking file.
