Agents without the direct access retrieval fucntion like Galileo can check with Tradewinds (Singapore Airlines Touroperator) for any pending Singapore Stopover Holiday status via email: tradewinds_ssh@singaporeair.com.sg

Kindly note, that booking requests done by CRS cannot be viewed by the local Singapore Airlines Office and will be transmitted to Tradewinds directly.

MCO Miscellaneous Charges Order / MPD Multiple purpose Document

Since 01 June 2008, Singapore Airlines will no more accept MCO/MPD issued on paper. The issuance of eMCO (by CRS) for SSH is not permitted.

vMPD /  eSSH-Voucher

Passengers must holding vMPD (by IATA) or eSSH-Voucher (by Singapore Airlines)  before arrival into Singapore. Passengers arriving without vMPD or eSSH-Voucher will be asked to pay the hotel published rate.

vMPD: selected Touroperators are authorised to issue vMPD (by IATA).

IMPORTANT: the vMPD number must be indicated in the PNR with an OSI entry:

  • Amadeus: OS SQ VCHR SSH 618111122333 (space required between "SQ", "VCHR" and "SSH").
  • Galileo: SI.SQ*VCHR SSH 618111122333
  • Sabre: 3OSI SQ VCHR SSH 618111122333
  • Worldspan: 3OSI SQ VCHR SSH 618111122333

eSSH-Voucher

Alternatively, an eSSH-Voucher can be purchased directly with Singapore Airlines Switzerland, provided that payment is by passengers credit-card only (CreditCard number, expiry-date, cvv-code and name on card is required).



Additional Information
  • Frequent Format Errors
    Please make sure, the correct entry has been indicated at time of request:
    - wrong entry: 6APR / 06APR07 => correct entry: 06APR
    - wrong entry: SGL / TWN / TRP => correct entry: SGLB / TWNB / TRPB
  • Wrong amount of TWNB rooms requested (2 rooms instead of only 1 room requested)
    -
    please note, despite PNR shows 2 passengers, room request by CRS entry for TWNB remains 1.
    => 2 passengers accommodated in 1 TWNB: ... NN1 TWNB... (wrong NN2 TWNB)
    => 4 passengers accommodated in 2 TWNB: ...NN2 TWNB... (please insert TCP in OSI field, where necessary)
  • SSH Singapore Stopover Hotel Availability Subscription
    You may subscribe to the SSH availability report, which will be sent 2times a day (03h00 hrs and 15h00hrs GMT+8). If you are interested, you may register with Tradewinds via tradewinds_ssh@singaporeair.com.sg indicating following details:
    - Name of Agent
    - CRS (e.g. Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan)
    - Country of Origin (e.g. Switzerland)
    - Email Address
  • Double Bed Rooms (DBLB)
    Double Bed Rooms are on request only. Please book a Twin Bed Room (TWNB) and add "RQ DOUBLE RM" in the free format text
  • Triple Bed Rooms
    Following Hotels do NOT offer Triple Bed Rooms:

  • Hotel Names
    The hotel name, MUST be spelled in accordance with the names listed below. Instead by indicating the hotel name, system allows booking with the hotel number instead.
  • Divide PNR
    Please indicate "TCP with J12345 (PNR)" in the free format text field of the hotel segment. This to avoid problems for passenger upon check-in.
