Travel Agent Information - Switzerland / Last updated 05 September 2008

Ticketing Time Limit (TTL)
  • A Ticketing Time Limit (TTL) will be auto-generated by the CRS for any active flight segment on Singapore Airlines (SQ) or SilkAir (MI), regardless if the segment is confirmed or on waitlist. A vendor remark will be sent to your CRS.
  • Tickets must be issued before the TTL. Failure to do so, results in auto-cancellation of all Singapore Airlines and SilkAir segments within the PNR.
  • Indication of artificial ticketnumbers to bypass the TTL is not permitted.
  • Please note: Should the TTL of the tariff/fare not be similar to the one shown in your CRS, the TTL of the CRS applies.

Indication of ticket number
  • Please assure, ticketnumber is correctly indicated in the PNR, to avoid auto-cancellation. Especially, in cases, where flights have been rebooked, issuance on another CRS than booking was made, etc.
  • Please note: electronic tickets in general do automatically appear in the correct field within the system of Singapore Airlines, hence a manual indication of the electronic ticket number is not necessary. (TKNE entry is not required for bookings on SQ/MI.)
