Note: Telephone-/Fax-/Downtown Check-in, as well as check-in at the railway-station, are not available in Switzerland.

• Check-in with baggage: 2 1/2 hours before departure
• Check-in without baggage: 1 1/2 hours before departure
• 60 minutes to departure: proceed to boarding
• 45 minutes to departure: check-in closes
• 15 minutes to departure: boarding gate closes

All special baggage must be advised minimum 48 hours before departure. Please send your PNR to zrh_reservations@singaporeair.com.sg

• Ski, Snowboard: additional 10kg free of charge
• Golf equipement: additional 10kg free of charge
• Diving equipement: additional 10kg free of charge
• Bicycle: flat rate of CHF200.-* for additional 15kg or flat rate of CHF400.-* for additional 25kg. (maximum of 1 bicycle per passenger)
• Windsurfboard/Waveboard: flat rate of CHF200.-* for additional 15kg or flat rate of CHF400.-* for additional 25kg. (maximum of 1 windsurfboard per passenger)
  

Only one of each of above additional allowances per person will be granted. Combination for example of bicycle transport and diving equipment is not permitted.

Skis, Golfequipment, Divingequipment, Surfboard, Bike, etc: maximum weight 50kg and the maximum dimensions until 400cm x 100cm x 80cm (lenght + width + height). Please note: bikes must be packed, the pedals removed and the steering-gear must be turned flat (driving direction). The height cannot exceed 100cm!

*Payment of the flat rate cannot be done at the check-in counter at Zurich Airport. It is possible at Singapore Airlines Switzerland Town Office only, provided that passengers credit card details are present (CreditCard number, expiry date, cvv-code and name on card).
